Karma baby, karma!

Well... Little Miss Bitter finally got what she's been dishing out at school. See the toddler mouth sized bite on her cheek? This happened this morning when she and a friend were playing. Her teacher seemed really concerned with what my reaction would be... but honestly, I hope she remembers how much that hurt before she tries to bite a friend, mother, or father again. Does that make me a harsh momma? Maybe... but her bites HURT!!

(Please don't get me wrong, I do feel bad my child was in a position of pain... but her bites can really really hurt!)

New baby elephant at the Pittsburgh Zoo!

Meet Angelina, the newest addition to the Pittsburgh Zoo Elephant family. We were fortunate to get to see her today!

Update

I am nearly 15 weeks pregnant. No denying it now. There is a bump, a heartbeat (we heard it last week) and I have no other reason for this pelvic pain except a stretching uterus.

I have been racking my brain trying to think of names for this baby. I know I know, there is loads of time. I guess I feel a bit of pressure to get a boy and girls name picked out before Dave leaves in August so that I don't have to make major decisions like naming our child on my own. Any suggestions you may have are welcomed... just remember, the initials have to spell a word!

A little excitement for Royboy!

During our first week at the new apartment Royboy had a little visitor. It seems the wildlife around our neighborhood is not shy whatsoever. Roy was at this for several minutes, talking back to the squirrel, but of course when I got the camera he backed away and quieted down. Silly kitty.
